If you are traveling solely on Lanmei airlines flight for the whole of your journey, please familiarize yourself with our baggage rules as follows:

I. Checked the baggage

Each flight ticket has its own Free Baggage Allowance policy and you may be required to pay for an excess fee if your connecting flight with another airline has a lower baggage allowance.

** Note

- The maximum weight and dimensions of any single piece of checked baggage should not be over 32kg and 158cm (Length + Width + Height) respectively. Overweight and oversize items (exception: mobility aids, sporting equipment, etc.) must be repacked or split into lighter units; otherwise will not be accepted for carriage.

- The number of pieces of checked baggage is unlimited.

- Mobility aids, e.g. wheelchairs, baby carriages, etc. necessarily carried by a passenger can be accepted without charges as additional baggage allowance.

- Baggage allowance could be pooled for passengers travelling together.

II. Hand baggage

a. Each passenger is allowed to carry ONE piece of carry-on baggage, which must not exceed 115cm (55cm x 40cm x 20cm) in size and 7kg in weight.

b. In addition to the baggage mentioned above, a passenger is entitled to bring 1 more small item, which must not exceed 80cm (40cm x 30cm x 10cm) in size, aboard the aircraft. These items include:

- Small handbag

- Laptop bag

- Small backpack

- Camera bag

- Briefcase

Any item exceeding the free carry-on baggage allowance must be checked in.

III. Excess Baggage Rate Charge

- Baggage pre-purchasing (per ticket) is allowed for one time only. The maximum amount of pre-purchasing baggage is 30kg.

- Baggage exceeding free allowance will only be accepted subject to the available space on board on the day of departure.

IV. Items unacceptable as Baggage

Flammable and explosive materials	If you want to visit Palau, you need to obtain a visa
Poisonous materials	Including cyanide, highly toxic pesticides and other highly toxic items, corrosive items, radioactive items, and other items prohibited to be carried or transported as required by national laws and regulations.
Liquid, gel and spray items	If you want to visit Palau, you need to obtain a visa, please read the details.

V. Right to refuse carriage

The carrier may refuse to carry as Baggage the items described in Article IV, and we may refuse further carriage of any such items upon discovery that it is included in your Baggage. Unless advance arrangements for its carriage have been made with us, we may carry on later flights Baggage, which is in excess of the applicable free allowance. 

The carrier may refuse to accept Baggage as Checked Baggage unless it is properly and securely packed in suitcases and suitable containers to ensure safe carriage with ordinary care in handling.
